Rusty Nail, just 1 large ice cube, a lemon slice to garnish:

Long-time favorite: Manhattan on the rocks

2.5 oz bourbon whiskey
0.5 to 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash of bitters
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange peel twist

When I make them at home, I usually only have the bourbon and sweet vermouth. Occasionally, I'll have some cherries on hand. Almost never have the bitters nor do I go to the trouble of making an orange peel twist. Those are luxuries reserved for the cocktail lounge.

Caipirinha:

1 lime
2 oz of cachaça
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes

cut the lime up, muddle it with some sugar, pour in the cachaca, add some ice, enjoy.

I don't consider the bitters to be optional. Try half sweet vermouth, half dry vermouth sometime. It takes the rest of the sweetness out of the drink.

Modern Chopin

1 1/2 oz. Aloe Vera juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice mixed with syrup
1/2 oz. Creme de Pece (this is hard to find, but it tastes very good).

Green Tea Martini:

1 part green tea liqeur
2 parts ginger infused vodka (slice up ginger, put in vodka for a week or more, strain)
splash of lime juice

Looks like pond slime, but very tasty. And potent.

Come on guys I know you got more than that!

Recent fav is Kahlua and Milk or Kahlua and Half n Half.

Just 1/2 parts of each put in shaker to mix and then pour in a large shot class over an ice cube.
