Whoa....ran across these clowns when I was looking at listings for a Logitech LX500. Of course when you been around Ebay for a few years and been burnt the first thing you look at is FB. Oh man.....

These guys are so bad they have people wanting to start class action lawsuits against them if you search around on Google. Of course doing 10K listings per day Ebay has turned a deaf ear, their making way to much to shut those guys down. Their running 8076 auctions today.

Heh he...read some of the negatives where a person paid and flat out got NOTHING. Their reply was that we do so many auctions that we just miss a few shipments! Notice also how almost EVERY picture of items on their listing is way out of focus. Those guys are flat out crooks,Ebay should take action...

Stay the hell away from those guys....

Yeah those guys are a little iffy. I bought a IBM Netvista HS-232 case from them and it was advertised as "Like New." When I got it the case looked like it had been dropped and four of the five mounting points for the front panel were broken. Managed to fix everything, but they really need to get their sh!t together and accurately describe what they're selling.

They sell damaged freight PERIOD. They NEVER give all the damage details. Dont trust them for anything. I speak from experience.

ROFLOL,are you kidding? Thats one of the WORST FB ratings I've seen for a Ebay company that sells in bulk. With those kinds of selling numbers a negative here and there won't change your FB score much at all. It takes ONE HELL of alot of -FB to get an 88%. Add in the neutral FB from people AFRAID to leave negative because they don't want their FB trashed and it comes to almost 20,000 in 12 months. Holy crap...

I got a idea, why not make a purchase from them of say $150-200 and let us know how it comes out?!?!? Read the one just posted today about a video camera the guy bought for about $150--it was totally smashed.

Those aren't just small mistakes or a somewhat bad listing, its out and out fraud. Those guys will be going down, its just a matter of time.

Yeah, no thank you.

Hmm...I bought what was supposed to be a ATI 9200SE from them and it turned out to be an ATI 9600, or something like that. 🙂

Yes they have a lot of negatives but look at their auctions. They're liquidation dealers - the vast majority of the stuff they sell will be steaming cr*p.

They clearly state that they are bankruptcy/liquidation goods. They clearly state that the goods are untested/uninspected and that bidding is at buyers risk and they start the bidding at $.99

If you see a new-age "Zen" alarm clock, which couldn't be tested and appears to be missing manual, power adapter and other parts - what do you expect? FFS, it's a bankruptcy auction - if it was actually a good product, do you think the manufacturer would be declaring bankruptcy? If you're stupid enough to bid $76 and you get a piece of junk - well, what do you really expect to get by complaining?

I'll agree that people are putting way to much faith in those clowns to really send them something worthwhile for .99. But...a hell of a lot of that junk goes for some real money. Look at the picture in the auction for that video camera--does it look smashed or beat to hell?

If I'd won that camera for .99 I would have just moved on when it arrived smashed, but that guy paid almost $150.00. Those guys are big time crooks, but it looks like there isn't a shortage of ebay idiots willing to plunk down their money.

well for .99 I dont mind taking a chance sometimes...Ive actually been pleased with what I have recieved from them

To be fair - that video cam looks OK. But they do mention that it is "untested" and is missing the battery.

While I can understand not testing a batch of beaten up cell phones - can you really believe them not testing a $1000 rrp camcorder? If in doubt always read "untested" as "Yes we have tested, and no, it doesn't work". Surely a missing battery doesn't stop you from testing it - unless of course you're also missing the power adapter and connecting leads, or that you can't test it because it simply doesn't work.

If you're willing to bid serious money on a video camera that's unboxed, missing parts and is "untested" - then surely you've got to consider the possibility that it genuinely doesn't work.

The thing is, auctions like this are common in the trade - but at least the buyers are reasonably savvy and realise when they're likely to get a lemon. I've been burned at these sort of junk sales, and I learned the hard way. Having said that, I'm sure that eBay does tend to attract idiots.

But, like everything - sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Personally, I now prefer not to take risks. But, I do know that I have missed out on a couple of real bargains because of that.

that's what I was going to point out... lots of positive feedback seem to be left by the same people (their own guys???)...

Some people will bid on 100 auctions and leave a feedback for each one. Bulk buyers at 99 cents each. Then they leave feedback the same day or the next day... now Ill let you figure that one out.

It would be pointless for them to have their own employees win... 400,000 auctions and leave positive feedback. Only one positive feedback per person is counted in your rating. These are repeat customers. Their customers buy from them on average nearly 4 times. That's pretty good for eBay.

They are liquidation dealers so if buyers fail to understand, that it is their problem.

There's liquidation sales here all the time by different companies and its not broken, smashed non-working junk. What it is would be is older technology, older stereo components, older computers and gear. They might be selling older computers with a Pentium running at 700 mhz nothing wrong with that.

Its when you show a picture of that computer with a description and when it arrives it looks like a trash truck ran over it that it becomes fraud.

some of those positive's feedbacks are actually negative if you read a few of them.

100% correct. As mentioned alot of people don't want their FB trashed, whats done is done. If you add the -FB and the Neutrals together you come up with about 20,000 in one year--thats almost 55 per day 365 days per year.

ANY attorney general of ANY State could build a fraud case against those crooks in five minutes. Looks like people already have the AG of Arizona on the job.

Read the FB from a woman who ordered sofa covers from BL,the picture in the description looks fine--they arrived soaked in OIL. Where the HELL were they from-- New Orleans after the flood?!?!? Thats not a mistake, buyer beware or any of that old BS--its out and out FRAUD no matter how you cut it.

Not so much repeat buyers but people who buy in large quanity. If I buy 30 items from you in 30 seperate auctions you'd get 30 positive FB. If I buy 30 items in one auction you only get 1 positive FB.
