Well here's the board, for a cheap system sounds good but I don't know why someone would go P4 and with a Via chipset but that's just me I guess.

Not to rain on the parade, but this seems like a $50 MB and a $20-30 case+PS.

Take a Biostar U8668 D for $47+free shipping and add in a Dynapower METIS CS-I3ASB.701 case for $25+15 shipping from Newegg and you have a better deal. That one ends up about $121.30 after shipping.
