Been looking at some of the barebones on tigerdirect, mainly This
I feel like the processor would be an overkill for what I want to do, and could use the money towards a video card

$500 is my stretch goal, wishing to only spend around $300. What i'm using this computer for is mainly gaming, and office work. I want to start off with something a little more basic and upgrade as I go.

Any suggestions on CPU/Motherboard combos that will be easily upgradeable?

I'm not up to date with new chipset /processor/video card releases so if there is something I should hold out on and then upgrade i'm all ears.
