bare drive: don't need software??

Purchasing new harddrive for first build...last harddrive i bought had install disk to setup drive...won't i be missing this if I
buy an OEM drive???

The only time you really need the software to setup a drive is if you have an older system that doesn't support the size drive you are installing and there is no BIOS update available to remedy the situation. Always avoid the software if you can.
