I dont run around in a shirt that says I :lips: pu**y .

Since when does a persons sexuality need to be showcased?

I'm trying to remember the last time I saw a gay man wear a shirt that said 'I :lips: d*ck'.

You'll understand more that being gay is not a choice but, rather, is innate and no amount of therapy or intervention will "turn" someone straight.

Being a pedophile, a serial killer, mentally insane etc... may not be a "choice" either, but it sure don't make it right or something a society need embrace as a whole.

Ah...here we go...that famous fallacious argument of comparing homosexuality to criminal behavior.

You know better, Romans.

Is that kind of like the hetero sex toy sites? Or is it more like the 1000s of porn sites?

No thats not what I am attempting to do at all.......

I am simply saying JUST BECAUSE something is NOT A CHOICE persay does not make it social acceptable.

Isnt it actually closer to mental illness?

You and moonie should get together and write a song about bigotry and hipocrisy!

The fact is gays were considered mentally ill till the 60's or 70's I think. Then it was decided it was a choice and not a defect. You shooting for getting ruled a defect again?

I respectfully disagree.........

They are hurting our society by spreading aids and other sexually transmitted disease. Also many many people (myself included) are very offended by displays of public "displays of affection" to use the term loosely.

Being disgusted by something DOES NOT MAKE YOU A BIGOT.

We are allowed to have opinions arent we.........

if all homosexuals spread sexualy transmited desease and engaged in plublic display of affection while hedorsexuals did neither, you would have a point. however, sense this is not the case you are clearly a bigot. ;)

Of course you are. And if you are of the opinion that offending people equals hurting society that's great.

Homosexuals spread a minority of the AIDS cases, look it up.

Allowing same-sex marriage will, if anything, reduce the amount of STDs spread because they will enter a long-term, monogamous relationship.

As for public displays of affection, if you're offended, you've got one helluva stick up your arse. Men/women have been doing that for years and more (mile high clubs, elevators, movie theaters, etc.)

My reply was in response to your arguement that "the gay lifestyle" does not hurt anyone.......

I am repulsed by gay "activities" just like I am repulsed by someone defecating out in plain sight, or someone "blood letting" themselves, or whatever else........

Some things are just plain wrong, common sense dictates a few things.

BTW I doubt that my view of open/public displays among homosexual is a "minority" view.

Once again just because something offends you does NOT MAKE YOU A BIGOT

you guys are broken records

You will also understand that no matter how many times two homosexuals copulate, they will never bear children. It is an abomination for them to adopt innocent kids and raise them into thinking homosexuality is "normal". I don't care what research anyone brings up; children try to emulate their caretakers. Homosexuality is being thrown around way too liberally anymore to the detriment of our "politically correct" society.

At least I get to "teach" my three sons what is right and wrong (in my opinion). They shouldn't have to learn to never offend anyone; it's just not possible to please all the people all the time. I will raise them to be the best "men" they can be.

Couldn't agree more.

So are you saying that a sterile hetero couple cannot adopt because they can't reproduce?

so, we're supposed to listen to 2 lesbians talk about how their problem isnt their fault because they were born with it? and we're also supposed to learn that a person that doesnt welcome change [therapy, as you put it] is going to reject that change? i thought you knew better, i thought all people had enough common sense to know that if you dont really want to change your habits, youll just continue on with them.

read the last line in my sig. that should tell you all you need to know about habit changing.

Didnt Rosies last "wife" (Anne Heche ?) go marry a man?

Not Rosie but Ellen DeGeneres and Anne Heche.

that has got to be the silliest statement ive ever heard.

ill have to dig up the numbers, but homosexual relationships do not last, and they have far more sexual partners than hetero people do.

and what are you basing that statement on, just out of curiosity?

Hmm...monogamy...long-term commitment...that equates with no additional sexual partners, hence, no further spreading of disease.

Even sillier than this?

"Gay people should be considerate of others and just keep to themselves."
