Liquid. I use Irish Spring, Gillette(NS1 you should try them out), Dove, Old Spice.

Bar soap leaves a nasty tar finish on sinks that you have to scrub eventually.

I use Olivella. All natural made from olive oil. Sooo good for your skin. No harsh chemicals.
