Since I'm relocating to the Columbus, OH area (from Birmingham, AL) I need to come up with a new bank. I currently use AmSouth (merged with Regions) but since that's mainly a Southeast bank I'm going to switch to one with branches in this area. I've narrowed it down to 2 banks, Fifth Third and First Merit. If you have any experience with either of these two banks, input and opinions would be much appreciated.
 
I haven't heard very many good things about 53rd. I use the credit union of my employer, but before that I used the Huntington and was generally pleased with their services.
