Bandwidth thread got me thinking, question for the gurus...

I am currently running an Epox 8K3A+ with 1 x 512MB Mushkin High Perf. PC2100. Memory timings are VERY AGGRESSIVE (2-6-2-1-4) and the memory performs well. But in the near (hopefully) future I will be upgrading to an nForce2 mobo when one is produced with 2 x RAID 133 channels. Should I plan on buying all-new RAM (2 x 512MB PC2700) or should I be ok reusing the existing memory and buying an identical stick to supplement it with?

I do plan on getting a Barton when they arrive so 333MHz FSB is on my horizon. Maybe that is reason enough to buy all-new memory...

Opinions welcome. 🙂
