yea.. i know what you mean. when i first watched BoB i had a really had time getting past ross being sobel... but when i rewatched those episodes, i realized he actually did a pretty good job.

when you finish watching, make sure to view the extras, especially the "making of" and ron's video diary. those are the two best dvd extras i have seen for any movie. i know i was amazed by how much went into this movie and appreciated it that much more because of it. and ron's video diary is just plain funny.

I didn't know he was in it until I saw the credits. I figured he'd be some loser/dork PFC or something. But I actually forgot that he was Ross rather quickly. 🙂

anyhow i liked judge dredd but i can't imagine putting that over a movie like BoB. they're just like in two different leagues...

I'm surprised you didn't like the 2nd episode. I thought it was one of the best--IIRC that was the one with the pre-D-day jump, Winters in command, and the assault on the four 88s.

Read the book before seeing the series. Simply amazing both in print and on the screen.

Bought the box set the day it came out. 🙂

Didn't have a problem with David Schwimmer, because I've never watched Friends.
