Showing $41.99 for me. I agree that it would be great to have it on blu-ray or HD DVD. Band of Brothers and 'Rome' are my favorite HBO series.

It was on the soon to be released list on amazon a while back, I can't seem to find it right now though.

It's weird, it was 26 then 42 then 26 now 42 again. I would just try back if it's 42 though that's not a bad price...I've seen it for ~90.
