'Jack Johnson and Friends' Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies for the Film Curious George' entered The Billboard 200 albums chart at No. 1 this week.

The soundtrack Johnson released on his own Brushfire label and including duets with Ben Harper, G. Love and Matt Costa also took over the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Rock Albums chart.

If banana's are such a fabulous fruit, why are Hawaiians so succeptable to heart disease? And bananas contain fructose, not glucose. Natural glucose (blood sugar) is created from the breakdown of carbohydrate.

Probably because of all the spam and SUPER-salty food they eat.

It's too bad the bananas in this country are so bland-tasting. They're much better right off the tree.
