I gotta say I think this is unfair. Dave McOwen, an Elite member, posted an "Official Anti-Christian Thread" today with no repercussions, and Nik routinely calls people "fvcking kunts," and uses endless amounts of other profanity without punishment. I have a hard time seeing how one joke, albeit one in questionable taste, should lead to a perma-ban.

There was absolutely no indication that it was a joke. No smilies, no text, nothing. Anyone who says it was obviously a joke is either a liar, ignorant or stupid.
At best, he thought he could push the envelope and get away with it, he was wrong.

Wasn't the permaban a result of the multiple accounts that he set up after being banned?
