This guy has all good points, that is not the issue. Like I said, it's not about the hardware jargon. It's the A-hole way in which he speaks to people in here. No manners, always provoking others leading into heated battles. If you cannot see what we mean here, than this is where we part ways.

As for the retard remark, I have a 12 year old neice who is Autistic and profoundly deaf. I did not mention this because of course Bar81 said this and could not have possibly known. Or should I say, cared, if anyone would be offended. If you can't hear the hatred of others in this forum by the tone of his posts, I just hope you and others aren't as deaf as my neice. This forum needs some housecleaning, why not start with the worst kind?
You might think it a cold thing to ask for a ban of another fellow member. But take my word for it, Bar81 does not think of people as fellow members. He thinks of us as "beneathe" him and it shows in his constant inflammatory remarks. All I know is, I wan't him gone as do others.

It's cool if people don't see eye to eye with me in here. I expected this. No biggie.

While I simpathize with your situation and I wholeheartedly wish the best for your niece, I have a brother that is blind. Am I supposed to vote to ban anyone who calls someone else blind for not seeing things their way?

I don't know how many times I can say it. It's like you all don't listen, or read the posts I'm typing. In one of the posts, I repeated myself three times in a row for emphasis that this was not about a stupid hardware war. I even said the guy has points!!! Why is this so hard to grasp? Doesn't matter. I know what its about, and anyone who knows Bar81 knows what this is about. That's enough for me. Whatever the mods decide is law. If they want it locked, it will be locked. If they want to see where it actually goes, so much the better. And would everyone please stop stating what they think the "real" issue is.. I have already stated what the real issue is. No hidden agenda. Could care less.

Truth is, probably nobody else would ever dare have the nuts to try something like this.

This is the only board I belong to. I see where your coming from, however, the mods are human to. I realize that a single member can't do much. But if there's a slim chance that many can, it has to be tried. I do not wish to provoke the mods, but only would like them to give this a chance.

I can't help the threads being sooooo long, but they do tend to go on and on.
And please don't just read the first few pages where the posts are usually benign.
This is no joke. Bar81 knows this thread is here as you can see a link to it in his sig as a mocking gesture. And yes, even there are insults to Ronin, Rollo and myself.

I will sift through some more. Getting a bit tired. Gnight all.

And then I will let this drop tomorrow. I just wanted the mods to possibly pay a bit of attention to Bar81's "situation". I am normally not one to complain about things. It took a lot for me to do this.

Heehe, no, Bar does not deserve a Ban. Reading the OPs links, it can be seen that Bar will rant about something, then a group comes in and begins personally attacking Bar, often completely ignoring his rant.

This very thread shows that the OP acts in a very similar way to wjhat he is accusing Bar of. Ban Bar, then Ban Key as well.

I officially give a :thumbsdown: to this petition. A discerning mod will probably lock this thread and nothing will happen. It's very clear bar did nothing wrong. You can't ban someone for having a differing view than yours. And he is absolutely right, SLI does suck
