I have not seen a kit that will not hit DDR500 with decent timings. The ones I reviewed did DDR512 (256fsb 1:1)-2.5-2-3-6 with 2.85V on an intel system!

Wow, I paid $140 for this stuff last year, and recently sold it for $70 a stick. It wouldn't play nice with my DFI NF4 Ultra-D.

its running fine in my DFI board. I have 2x 1GB for total of 2GB though of PC4000 Ballistix. Right now, I am running at 270FSB (DDR 540 ) @ 2.80v @ CAS 3 @ 1T.

CAS 2.5 gives problems but CAS 3 works fine. Also had to change other settings in the BIOS to get it to work properly. I tested it upto 280FSB and it is working fine...will test for more FSB later.

This is GOOD ram...one of the best.

I have the big flashy brother to this ram, the Ballistix Tracer. Crucial has excellent stability and performance to boot.

its probably that high gas prices has increased shipping costs a lot
