Balky control panel printer search

Device is a Lenovo Thinkpad Y570 running Win7 Premium 64 bit. I installed a canon networked based printer using the Canon sw install bits, and MS word sees the printer fine, but when i try to pull up printers in the control panel, the machine searches indefinitely.

Any ideas?

Try this: Open "Services" dialog box.

[1] Select "Bluetooth Service", set it to "automatic" startup, click "start" if it's not already running, click "Apply" click "OK".


[2] select "Bluetooth Support Service" set it to "automatic" startup, click "start" if it's not already running, click "Apply" click "OK".
