I just picked me up Baldurs Gate for $5.99. After shipping it came to just over $11.00. Can't beat that for a $30.00 game!

Great find, but this has already been posted. I ordered it last week. I have BG2, and I just feel like I'm missing the first part of the story so I dropped $11. Can't find the original thread, it was back on the 8th when they had Hitman and BG2 for $6 as well.

they were selling Baldurs gate 2 on the same page for the same price a week ago but alas it went out of stock before I could get it!

What would u miss if you didnt play baldurs gate 1? I got in on the baldurs gate 2 and i really would like the full experience but dont really want to go thru all of baldurs gate 1.

I just received my copy of Baldur's Gate II today. I was real confused at first because it came packaged in a Pentium II motherboard box! The UPS truck was still parked in the street and I was trying to open the box up real quick to see if it was a mistake and if so I was going to refuse shipment, but sure enough there was my Baldur's Gate II box inside the motherboard box. No bubble wrap, tissue paper, peanuts, nothing...just stuffed inside another box. I know that the reason these were so cheap is because they were opened, but I was unaware they were USED. The previous owner of this game wrote notes in the book and left a notecard inside. The strange thing is I see the Best Buy stickers on the box and I'm thinking this person had alot of balls to return the game in that condition. Overall it's in very good condition and I have no problems with the price I paid for it, just don't expect a pristine brand new copy.

speak of the devil, after my previous post, 10 mins later ups came by and dropped off 2 of my baldurs gate 2's... (sorry but one is going to my friend) and they both were definitly used boxes and one of them had a walmart sticker on it. Everything inside however was in near perfect condition.... w00h00... sleepless nights here i come. sorry to beat this dead deal but if anyone want to point out any good baldurs gate 2 related sites, please feel free. thanks.
