um... no.

i get a burrito bowl, no rice, no beans, extra FIRE GRILLED veggies, steak/chicken, pico, verde salsa, tons of lettuce.

i end up with a filling meal with around 400ish calories.

you can make your meal however you want. you could get their normal burrito with everything they have to offer in it if you wanted to.

And it come standard or do u have to request it/ add money?

that's healthy...

It just means you are getting more food for your money. You don't have to eat it all at once. Also, I think the quality of the calories counts a lot more than people give it credit for. A lot of times people are fat because of metabolism and hormonal imbalances/chronic inflammation - conditions caused by processed, artificial food. With Chipotle you aren't getting any of this bad stuff. It's some of the healthiest, cleanest chain food out there, outdated proclamations about the danger of calories notwithstanding.

hey, you don't have to tell me about how quality of calories matter and about chronic inflammation/metabolic issues/leptin resistance, etc.

i'm a chiropractor, remember? i deal with that day in and day out with patients.
