So as summer is coming, I decided to lose a few pounds, and get my body fat from ~12% to ~9%... well, I have been waking up at 4:30 and hitting the gym at 5:00 AM. My cardio routine is jogging @ 5.0 mph on a 15 degree incline. Well, after jogging 3.2 miles, I didn't have any power (I normally can reach 8 miles easy). I felt extremely sick, but didn't have anything to throw up or anything. So I get out of the gym, come home and lay on my bed @ 5:50 or so... what happens next? I woke up at 2:00 PM wondering what the fvck happened 
It was very stupid of me... didn't have any sleep nor had dinner last night (didn't have time)... god, i still feel horrible...
Just wanted to warn you fellow ATOTers to not push yourself to your limits... although sometimes good, not always good thing to do
