I work in a small, family owned sign shop. We make great money here, but the shop is kinda small, and there is no where to get away from people. Well, as of right now, there are 4 guys (including me) and 1 girl who work here, plus the married couple who are the owners. They are getting ready to hire two more employees, and I'm 95% sure they're both going to be guys. This after they interviewd probably the hottest girl I've seen in a long time, but it's doubtful she'll work here.

The worst part? The only regular girl who works here is a lesbian! Jeez, I've gotta get away from this place......
 
its bad to hook up with someone you work with closely anyway...its probably a good thing that girl didn't get hired...but you shoulda gotten the number.

Probably for the best, keeps you from getting involved with people you work with. Trust me, at a small place especially, don't dip your pin in the company ink. I know from experience.
 
I work in IT.
The only women in our department are one older woman who does app support, and our network admin, who has a major chip on her shoulder about being a woman in IT.

Ahh.....to get laid in a library 🙂 I don't see very many young women at the libraries around here though 🙁

Be thankful that you don't work in a place where it is nothing but women. A few are cute, but that doesn't matter. I am viewed as the enemy to their whole clique and pecking order.
