it was happened when i downloading league of legends.

i keep getting blue screen recently

like

irql not less or equal

memory management

kernel security check failure

even i changed ram slots but i still get blue screen. probably rams are broken
 
Not just removing or resitting but maybe even giving your ram sticks a bath in rubbing alcohol. Or buy some flux off.

Very good chance the memory went bad for good.
 
Another thing to try is to do a cold boot and keep your networking stuff disabled (wifi/nic card)

Does the same thing happen?
