I am using Windows 8 Professional freshly installed. Now the problem is when I start my system at first attempt it gives the error BAD_POOL_CALLER and restarts, at the second attempt the windows starts.

I have taken the memory tests & there is no fault in it.
Need Solution.

Hi--

so, when you installed windows 8: you let the installation finish,

then installed the latest chipset drivers? .inf as I recall for intel based mobos...you don't say what mobo you have.

Then the latest appropriate video driver for whatever GPU you are running?

Then LAN drivers (so you should download the drivers needed before you start the install)

Then sound, other drivers as needed.

"Layered" driver install seems to help, based on what I have read.
