"BAD_POOL_CALLER" BSOD, need some help...

Alright, I have been getting this BSOD over the past few days. Thing is, it only occurs in certain situations, which as far as I know, only occurs when I try to run two games at once (specifically, EVE Online, and either another EVE client or WOW are where I've noticed the problem before.)

Everything will be working fine for 5-20 minutes, then I hear the sound hiccup before the BSOD pops up. Now I never BSOD anymore, so this is bugging me a bit. Now, I'm guessing, its either bad memory (though the comp works fine in other memory intensive situations) or its another hardware issue, like sound, video or network card.

Anyone have any idea why I am getting this BSOD?

From what I have read, it seems that it might be an issue of EVE with Creative soundcards...

What does the BSOD say? Have you checked the windows event logs?

That's what Microsoft has to say about "BAD_POOL_CALLER" errors. Does any of that apply to your situation?

A Stop 0xC2 message might occur after installing a faulty device driver, system service, or firmware. If a Stop message lists a driver by name, disable, remove, or roll back the driver to correct the problem. If disabling or removing drivers resolves the issues, contact the manufacturer about a possible update. Using updated software is especially important for multimedia applications, antivirus scanners, DVD playback, and CD mastering tools.
A Stop 0xC2 message might also be due to failing or defective hardware. If a Stop message points to a category of devices (such as disk controllers, for example), try removing or replacing the hardware to determine if it is causing the problem.

Sounds like a corrupted driver or a failing piece of hardware. First, reseat everything attached to your mobo, do NOT just feel that it's tight, pull it all the way out and put it back in, especially your AGP and PCI cards.
