The mobo was probably damaged during shipping (desoldered capacitor or something), but it wasn't visible. I'd definitely be mad if they sent it back saying it's my fault...

I also think this post is not different than all the people who come on here and whine about their E-Bay deals... I don't see them flamed all the time.
Plus you want a real whine tale I will tell you of Klipsh. Those rat bastards sold me a set of speakers.. yep I bought refurbs. Well I get them and they do not work. Took them 2 weeks to get to me via fedex ground and they do not work. I call them for RMA and they do. Great I box the whole lot up and ship them back. Takes them friggin 2 weeks to get back to them. I wait and wait and wait and finally I call and they say ok they will ship back out to me. I get the box back and it is the same box I shipped to them. Inside are the same speakers I shipped to them and they do not work. Now that sucks A$$
I call them and say look fools you shipped me the same set and they do not work still. The lady on the phone told me that they REPAIR the speakers and I could not get another set. She offered to RMA them again. By now this has been 2 months. She tells me that I can RMA them again but if it goes beyond the 90 days that I am stuck with these. I asked for my money back. I will get it minus the shipping and they just went out yesterday. That sucks.
