While browsing the Goerge Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers website, I ran into this greeting card.
I love it
Who else here is a Thorogood fan ?

George is one of your better live shows to see. I remember when I was a puppy he did a 50 states in 50 days tour. Not one to fool around that crazy boy !!!
LMFAO over the summer. On TV they were advertising a southern rock cd compilation. Allman Brothers, Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Band, The Outlaws, Little Feat........George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers:Q
I was able to see him live at WVU way back when but unfortunately I had indulged in a bit too much of the aforementioned Old No. 7 and other substances and really don't remember too much about the show.
hehe..Roger was a Dino hat wearer ensconced in one of these standing at the full-service Sinclair where your g-g-parents stopped to get their windscreen washed/squeegeed on those '49 Hudson roadtrips they made back in the day.Originally posted by: Roger

I really love that fresh new stying of the '49 Hudson
When I was a boy, the gas pumps looked like this, nothing like filling your tank by gravity, beats the modern new fandangle pumps anyday.

Remember when the pumps all had that little glass bulb with either colored balls or spinners in them where you could actually see the fuel as it passed through to the hose? They disappeared in the US back in the late 60's if I recall correctly but I was pleasantly surprised to see they still had them on gas pumps in Quebec. I also remember when Sinclair had these big machines that would pop out a molded plastic Sinclair Dinosaur for .50¢. It had this big window that you could watch the thing being molded through. Bleh I am such a geezer.
