As far as oil, we have hundreds of millions of barrels in the strategic reserve just for that purpose. A terror attack now would not be appreciably more effective right now than at any other time.
The estimated cost of toxic waste removal exceeds the GDP according to the EPA.
We're gonna abandon NO anyway, so who cares?
