Bad ram need help!

I ran memtest 86 V160 on each stick of ram. Used Mushkin recommendations, 2-2-2-6 @ 2.8V. The first stick had no errors after 29 passes. The second had over 52000 before the first test was finished. I think Chief Values policy is 90 days (it was factory refurbed). If so then my 90 days are up today. Bought on 8-26-05. I ran the second stick for one pass at 2.5-3-3-6 @2.8V with no errors. Is the second stick bad?
 
Just checked Chief Values RMA and I was wrong it is only 15 days. I will try to find out what Mushkins policy is. Thanks.
