Bad or awkward memory you'd like to share.

I got into my car and headed to work, and one of the morning radio shows was on, they were talking about some kind of drug that erases bad memories. Not sure if this is a real drug that someone is making, or if they were doing a little make-beleive for their radio show.

Anyway, some people called in with their most weird/awkward memories. One girl called in and explained how she was in the middle of receiving some oral from her boyfriend when she was living at home and her father walked in. She said he just walked away. She said she's older now, living on her own, and her father or herhave never talked about it.

This made me think of a weird situation I had when I was maybe 14 or so. My mom and dad went to a Rod Stewart concert for a date night. It was late and they came back home, I was doing whatever I did back then, nerking it, playing my Genesis, whatever. My parents room was at the opposite end of the hallway from my room, our doors faced each other, the hall was maybe 10 feet long. I exited my room, just as I opened the door I saw my dad closing his door. My dad was only in his tightie whities... I saw my dad's boner stretching out his fruit of the looms. We made eye contact briefly. We've never said anything about the night I saw my dad pitching a tent, it has never been brought up and I doubt it will ever be... and hope it'll never be.

Anyone have any awkward memories they care to share?

at least you didn't walk in after they started. like i did... when i was about 8... i just slowly closed the door and went back to bed. i don't think they even knew. *shudder*

I nodded at a black frat guy today walking to class because he nodded at me first, then I realized he was looking at the guy behind me and it was really awkward.

Riiiiight, from the special "bad memory register" part of the brain.

Please consider a vasectomy, stat. 😉

Another caller had mentioned how he was looking for batteries, so he looked in a closet in his parents room and saw a box of stuff that he wasn't sure what it was. He picked up a big honking dildoe then realized he was holding his mom's sex toy. Hawt.

I don't think it erases bad memories. From what they were saying it erases emotional memories. so bad or good.

It's not just a hypothetical, it's been on various news sources this week.

Thanks. 🙂 I turned on the radio in the middle of the conversation, they were talking about it like it was real from what I heard.

And I already had a vasectomy. So take that "Elite Senior Moderator"... <runs away>

Why are you smiling?

WHY WOULD YOU BE SMILING?!

Dad watching porn in the living room at night.. said "This is for me and your mother," as if that would make things better for me. Good thing was I was about 14 and had been reprimanded for looking at porn on the internet, after that I had a free pass. woohoo best awkward moment ever

Probably when I was 8 and this big Mexican dude I had never seen before told me he was going to kill me, cut off my head, put me in a sack, and dump me in a river.

That was a little traumatizing.

haha. when i was in HS i was walking to the public library and I saw a female classmate of mine walking towards me. She waves and I wave back, only to hear some laughing behind me and it was one of her friends. It surprised me that she would wave to me since we weren't friends or even talked to each other and i had no idea someone was behind me.

I did that...when I was 18. I've done my best to purge it from my mind. LOCK THE FUCKING DOOR, PARENTS!
