Bad omen for my motherboard?

My computer has been a little slow to post lately, and today the NIC card on my board isn't being recognized. Also my GPU fan is going a little crazy now too, though I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the motherboard.

Any suggestions? Should I be worried?

I'll post back with my system specs after I reboot and write down my motherboard name.

After a few reboots my ethernet port was recognized. Still somewhat worried though. Can't wait for SB-E to launch =/
