And, may I say, the taxidermist did a wonderful job. Very lifelike!

Seems weird but I had a cat that loved to ride in the car when I was a teenager too although no question cats like that are relatively rare.

He also loved Led Zeppelin used to hang out right in front of the speakers and purr when they were on!

Yea, it is a cold blooded lizard after all, it's evolution is so perfect it never needed to change much across millions of years. Someday the "caress" will turn into a missing limb. I live in FL and about a mile from me they found a guy who had 2 as pets in a shallow pond he dug in his backward, both were several years old and had grown to 10-12ft 😳
