Bad network problem. Internal ips's being blocked

Came in this morning to users who couldn't connect to their external web application. After speaking with the application's support help desk, I found out that we are being blocked because our IPs are showing as 192.168.2.XXX instead of the external ip. Anyone know what would cause this?

well something must have changed. If these are internal hosts then the address is probably 192.168.x.x. I'd get the firewall/ipaddressing/app folks together in the same room or on a call.

Well we did reset the router and the firewall. We checked the settings both times and they both have the internal address with the option checked to hide the internal behind the external. So basically the external should be sent out instead of internal

WIthout knowing anything about the network topology or equipment, it's impossible to even guess what's happening with the information provided...
