Bad Mobo?

My computer lately has started to act up a little. It would reset the screen saver to 1 minute and password protect, but it never turns on. I have to modify that setting and then it would work for about a month then do the same thing again.

It would also freeze when trying to come out of screen saver mode. Resulting in me pressing the reseting button. I reguarly run AV and AS scans, as well as CCleaner.

I thought it might be the windows install finally gone bad, so I was getting ready to wipe and start over and was going to flash bios. Trying to bring it out of standby it froze so i hit the reset button.

Now the Bios will not finish booting. I have a Asus Crosshair.
It will detect the video, then start the Bios load, it will detect the CPU then just sits there. I try to hit the Delete key to enter the bios and nothing happens.

I have tried using only one stick of ram and still the same problem, I cant run memtest since i can not get past the bios. I do not have a spare system that can accept that ram type to run it.

Specs:
Asus Crosshair
OCZ Platnium DDR2 6400 4gb (1gb x4)
SLI Nvidia 7900GT's
TT 750w PSU
AMD 2.6X2

The system has been working perfect for over 2 years, until recently.
