Bad memory?

Please see My Rig for system details.

I ran Memtest just for kicks on my system & it appears it found an error.
I ran the test for well over 10 hours. I'll try to put the results on here & hope they're understood.

Test: 7, Pass: 1, Failing Address: 0002802e0fc 640.8 MB, Good: 00BFAF5A, Bad: 00BFAD5A, Err Bits: 000002, Count: 5, Chan: 1

Can anyone make any sense out of this for me & explain my options?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like it found a bad ram chip on channel one.

Memtest did its job, you have some bad ram.

Id run the test just one more time to be sure though.
