Bad Luck or Bad Model -- HP dv5-1160us -- dead pixels

I got a new laptop the other day and it had a bad pixel (my assumption is dead). I exchanged it and the new one had two bad pixels (I assume stuck -- one was white on black and the other was red on all colors but red but off on black).

Am I crazy to expect a perfect LCD on a laptop display?
 
There are a lot of complaints about HP not doing repair HP or compaq laptop they often check laptop without fix it and ship back to customer so the only thing you can complain to HP customer care manager they will take care of it seriously
