I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I have Zoomtown. I seem like the only person but, I get really bad ping times, slow download/upload speed and random cut outs. I was wondering if anyone could find out if I could find me some good internet around here? Area code 513, ZIP 45102. I can't seem to find any within this area. And I'm not sure if T1 can be gotten anywhere or is it in only certain areas as well?
