Bad HD4850?

Finally got my video card so I start building my new system, install everything and it seems fine, I leave Vista installing overnight cause I'm tired and when I wake up there's garbage in the screen so I reboot and get no video from first DVI port, hook the monitor to the second port and I get these:

bios1
bios2
bios3

Appears to be damaged or something.
Should I start cursing my luck? 🙁

Yeah well, this actually happened 2 weeks ago, I've been using my trusty old Geforce 7900 GT, I was hoping I could do something about it 🙁

Not sure if it's the same but when my 6800GT crapped out on me, that's exactly how my monitor looks. Sorry, but looks like the card gave up the ghost.

Thanks, I'll look into RMAing it.

Hope you didn't get a sapphire card, you'll be ponying up that RMA fee.

Which is why I buy from ncix. They take care of the rma for the first 90 days - saves on these stupid wait times.
