Bad flickering with a 5700...

I have a Chaintech SA5700 256MB 8xAGP videocard. I got it this past spring, and it was running just fine the first 3-4 months. But this past month, I have been getting a bad yellow tint flickering. It's like putting on a pair of Blueblockers, everything has a yellow tint to it. Sometimes it just turns this color, other times, it flickers between regular and the yellow tint. It happens when the system is both cold and hot, 2D and 3D, and even in the BIOS/startup screen. This leads me to believe it's hardware based. I looked at Chaintech's website, but could not find a BIOS/Firmware upgrade for the card. The card only had a 3-month warranty, so I either need to fix it, or replace it. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Verify that the card's fan is functional and thats its getting the right voltages fed to it.

Other than that, the only things I can think of are to reseat the card and to clean the contacts on the card.

I verified that the fan is fully functional. I didn't overclock it, and am using all default settings for the card, so I presume it's voltages are fine. I did reseat it and wiped off the contacts. Any other suggestions by anyone?
