Bad Ethernet Drivers?

Okay, I play World of Warcraft and I've been getting bugs recently where everyone will show up as "unknown entities." I looked through some forums and found out that people will experience this problem if they have old network card drivers. I have an Nvidia NForce Ethernet On-board car. (Motherboard - MSI K8N Neo Platinum Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail)) Can anyone give me a direct link to where I can download new drivers for the Ethernet adapter? I rummaged through the Nvidia website and MSI website but couldn't find anything. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Nvidia has their nforce platform drivers available on their website. They are universal like their graphics drivers.
