So funny! the dog had no idea what was going on. He was like IM GOING TO EAT YOU COP, and then hes like OMGWTFTASER

when does he say freeze? i didnt hear it.

i yelled stop! and get back! while kicking at a dog many times as a kid living in a neighborhood that had many loose dogs that were "mean" like that. was never bitten once. had to flee many times, but the diversion was just enough to give me the chance to get away if the dog didnt relent.

You can train yourself to react on instinct. To use your startleling traits built up from when you were a baby to react in a specific manner. It just means the guy is well trained.

My black lab once chased the power meter reader guy. Around here they are issued pepper spray from the local police supply depot. All the pepper spray did was piss off my dog. That meter reader about sh!t his pants when my dog continued to chase his butt down all the way back to the truck. It's funny, my dog could have run this guy down, but all he did was run at the guy at have trot and bark at him. He was toying with the guy.

I swear here in South Florida some one dies from a tasering like once a month. I think it has something to do with the easily accessible cocaine though and not the cops.
