Bad Day. How can I get files back after a format?

Man, I'm so PO'ed at myself.

I was working a a CMS (Content Managment System that would be a retail product) for the last 6 months and I lost every bit of it! :disgust:

1. For some reason, the script was in a folder, in a folder, which was in another folder, but when I copied the root folder that's the only one that didn't get copied!?

2. I had a script that FTP'ed the script to a server in a differnt location and it turns out that that company just went under and that backup is also gone.

Now, the computer the original copy was on was just formated, is there anyway to get it back? It was FAT32 (Windows 98) and was formated to NTFS (Windows XP).

I thought I saw a thread here a while ago on restoring after a format but I can't find it with a search.

Thanks,
Justin Sampson

There is software that will do it if you have not written anything on the disk after the format. If I recall the name I will edit my post to include it.
