Bad CPU, bad Mobo, or bad video card?

I built a new computer setup with an XP 2100+, NForce3-A, and an AGP video card.
I've tried using different RAM, a different HD, a floppy drive, and whenever I boot the computer, the fans run, but no video is displayed. I also don't hear any beeps. Any clue what could be wrong? What other info would be helpful.

Also, when installing the CPU, I used a cheap heatsink and had to reseat the heatsink. When I did that, the CPU stuck to the heatsink and I accidentily bent some of the pins. I did my best to rebend the pins but they're not perfect. I read that the CPU performance would suffer but not that the CPU would not work, but this could be an obvious problem.

Thanks.
