bad connection?

i have cable 3mbps. i took a speed test today and i got 349kbs not even 1mbps, i dont know if i am being h4xed, or have viruses, or isp fault. but this happen since yesterday. i have macafee which is good and has a high detetection rate i dont know about anyone h4xing my comp who would want to its a pos.

never mind i just called my isp they have been having this problem for a week now the rain messed some stuff up. pissed me off i always have problems with my isp slow or not on. the dumest thing of all they dont have a website saying we are having problems in that area so every f ing time i call i have to wait and than ask and they say we are having problems in that area. i mean the f in its stupid they cant just say before we are having problems in your area.

dont you think an isp should fix slow connection speeds fast. i mean i have 3mbps i am getting like 300 i mean wtf is that, i cant play games. what if this happened and i had a match the next day. charter com. congrats your are horrible! and to top it off now they have an automated system that you have to talk to for like 30min. than they transfer you to a real person the all the thing tells you to do is unplug modem than reboot go to homepage than cnn.com.
