Bad Company 2 crash to desktop

new build problem, the game play unbelievable, then all the suddern freeze and crash to desktiop, does anyone know how to figure out why this happens??

Mine was caused by windows defender conflicting with my anti-virus/spam software. I disabled it and haven't had an issue since.

Things that have worked for others;

Delete the Realtech audio drivers from your sys and use just the Windows drivers.

Completely delete the easytune 6 program from your sys, just shutting it down for a try won't cut it. ( this one worked for me ).

If these steps don't work for you, do a Google search for ( BFBC2 crash to desktop problem ) and find out many others have had the same problem as you.

Does it only do it while gaming? Possible your temps are going too high?

I would also make sure that you have all updated drivers on your system too since it's a new build.

I just noticed a crash report file, does anyone know how to figure this out?

BC2 very sensitive to OC, turn your OC off.

how? just build it and not that familiar with bios
