Bad BIOS flash on A, B working. How can I reflash A, but booting from B ? (X99 Taichi)

The title says it all . I flashed what I knew to be a suspect (not MFG) bios, and sure enough, brick. Switched to B and it works. How do I now reflash A bios to a know good bios, when I have to boot from B ??????

Can't you boot into BIOS B and copy it to BIOS A? Page 28 of user manual (gray box at bottom).
