Hello all.
Currently, I run World of Warcraft ao 1024x768 no problem. However, whenever I push it into higher resolutions (desired would be 1600x1200 to match my monitor) I eventually see all sorts of artifacts. At first they are few and far between, then they get more common until it overloads my screen with them and I cant even see the game. I am running a 6600 GT with a P43.2 (OC from a 2.4) and 1 gig of 3200 RAM. I dont believe I have had this problem in any other game. I am running the 67.66 drivers.
However, I did look at the lastest release notes from Nvidia and they do state that other games are having problems at higher resolutions and that a fix will be in the kext driver release. SHould I try out one of the beta drivers (71.20 apparently is good) or should I perhaps look into getting a warrenty on this card.
I even went so far as to Underclock the card to see if it was a heat issue, but it still didnt solve the problem. Any help is welcome.
Currently running XP Pro with all the updates as well.
