easy...they either arent waterproof...or they are to a certain degree..

can you walk through a stream 4" deep and not have your feet get wet, can you walk in the rain and not have your feet get wet, etc etc...

I would think that waterproof would mean...your feet don't get wet period...but I guess if you walked in a 2 foot stream your socks would get wet...thus not truly waterproof?

plenty of companies advertise that their items are "waterproof" however anyone who has spent time in the woods, with said items knows that only some items are actually waterproof...others are just...waterproof if you spill some water on them, they can't actually stand up to hiking through streams and mud etc.

Ordered mine on Friday (7/21), and it shipped yesterday (7/25) via UPS ground.

EDIT: btw, I did not know it had shipped until I received an e-mail from UPS today stating that it was scheduled for delivery today.

Just got my size 11.5s. WOW, they are comfortable and definitely provide alot of support. I'm used to very tough/stiff boots. These things feel like pillows.
