I want bacon...I want it now! Damn, I don't know how I am going to pull this off without awakening my wife.
I got pancake mix, eggs too. Should I spray fabreeze all-over the house first?

Try closing the door to her room and putting a rolled-up blanket against the crack at the bottom.
 
Stuff a piece of raw bacon in her mouth so she is disgusted by it. Then you'll have all the bacon to yourself. 🙂

I disagree... Microwaved bacon is pretty good.

Not as good as pan fried...but in a pinch it works.

You could just take the pan outside and use the BBQ to fry it up.

We keep some Hormel microwave bacon on hand for when we don't want the mess of grilling. Quick, no mess and it's actually pretty good. Also doesn't smell the house up like pan frying does.

They make special bacon for the microwave? The regular stuff works just fine.

It's actually called "Microwave Ready". Just pre-packaged portions with an absorbant pad to catch the grease. Freezer to microwave to plate with no mess in 2 minutes. Just the right amount of crispness every time.

I've cooked regular bacon in our microwave too, but with a convection microwave you can cook anything the way you want it anyway.
