Bacon? Or Tofu?

A better question would be: Bacon or Truth? Would you rather live a life where you always knew the truth of every situation but had to forego bacon forever. Or would you rather continue plodding through life as now but get to enjoy tasty bacon?

yeah. I like bacon, a lot, but still not as much as tofu. seriously. but tofu's a lot harder to cook. ou can't just fry it up and expect it to be edible.

Yeah. For bacon I stick it in the microwave until it's really crispy. Most restaurants make it too greasy. For tofu I generally just go to a good Chinese or Japanese restaurant.

the super dense semi dry tofu with the brown skin is easy. slice and pour some soy over it..job done.

once you got a crispy skin, add in scallion, sugar and soy sauce and a bit of water.
