I prefer my bacon candied and put into ice cream! 🙂

Friends and I actually made that this weekend. SOOO good! Even the bacon alone rocks.

Though for traditionally cooked, I prefer chewy bacon. I find the flavor superior to crispy and generally detest burned parts on anything I eat.
