When I saw this I thought "only in America!"

I think some of these diners are just trying to outdo one another in some kinda side show food contest, but hey if people like it...

they fry the donut, glaze it, and then sprinkle crushed bacon pieces over it. They offer it with their own gravy shake.....

...then they do CPR on you if you need it. 😛
